Jakarta Child Development Center (JCDC) is the first child development center based on DIR Floortime approach in Indonesia.

With DIR (Developmental, Individual-differences, & Relationship-based) Floortime approach, JCDC has a strong view that all children deserve the opportunity to learn in ways that promote the most of their strengths and abilities as well as empower them in overcoming their weaknesses.


DIR Floortime was developed by Dr. Stanley Greenspan to provide a foundational framework for understanding human development. It explains the critical role of social-emotional development starting at birth and continuing throughout the lifespan. It also provides a framework for understanding how each person individually perceives and interacts with the world differently.

DIR Floortime is a comprehensive framework to promote an individual's development and build successively higher levels of social, emotional, and intellectual capacities through a respectful, playful, joyful, and engaging process. The model highlights the power of relationships and emotional connections to fuel development.

The objectives of the DIR Model are to build healthy foundations for social, emotional, and intellectual capacities rather than focusing exclusively on skills and isolated behaviors.

The D describes development from the perspective of the individual, where they are and where they are headed. Understanding the unique developmental process means allowing space for each person to be respected and guided in their own personal developmental journey.

The I describes the unique ways each person takes in, regulates, responds to, and comprehends the world around them.

The R describes how relationships fuel our development. Humans are social beings and relationships are a key to our development. DIR harnesses the key affective (emotional) aspect of these relationships to promote development.

Founder & Managing Director

Nadia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Tarumanagara University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Child Psychologist from University of Indonesia. She fell in love with DIR Floortime approach and became an Expert Trainer Leader of DIR Floortime from ICDL USA.

To always keep up with the development of world psychology, Nadia has attended various international certified trainings: brain gym for children, hypnotherapy for children, behavior modification, art therapy for children, picture exchange communication system (communication technic for non-verbal children), Bal-A-Vis-X (training exercises to keep attention and focus for children), and many more.


Theresia has developed several premium daycares in Jakarta and has been nurturing her interests in child development programs since the 1990s. She has helped the development of Dharmacitta Daycare Center and founded Keenkids Children Center and HighReach Premium Daycare.


Yute has always been passionate about matters surrounding children and children's mental health. As a mother herself, she believes that a good support system is much needed in coping with various challenges in each child's stages of development.


Ms. Anna has decades of experience in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Customer Services, Communications and Media, as well as Change Management from various multinational companies such as PWC, Shell, IBM, Coca-Cola and finally retired from Semen Indonesia. Also active as a professional coach in the area of Leadership Coach, Career Coach and Life Coach. Also active in managing Tuti Soenardi Healthy Food Catering.


As an architect, Yoga is keen to develop better early childhood learning experiences. His works include the concept development of Keenkids Children Center and HighReach Premium Daycare. As an advisory board member of ars86care foundation, he involves in providing space for children to learn and play, so they can grow and develop to their fullest potentials. One of the programs is to renovate kindergartens located in remote areas in Central Java. So far, the foundation has built 35 kindergartens.


Marketing Manager

Ms. Kiya works as a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans. He has an excellent work ethic and pays great attention to detail.

Executive Assistant

Mr. Dimas works as an Executive Assistant. He focuses on managing schedules and communicating the needs of Directors and Executives at JCDC. At work, Mr. Dimas always prioritizes discipline and respect.
